Romance Casita

This sweet one bedroom casita has a king-sized bed. The Romance casita sleeps two guests. This is our most popular casita for couples, perfect for anniversaries and honeymoons!

Located a short 5-minute walk to Gruene Hall in Historic Gruene, The Casitas at Gruene feature a private path to the Guadalupe River, a picnic area with a BBQ pit, and three fire pits and seating areas located around the property. Sit under 100-year old oaks, enjoy a drink, fire up the BBQ on the river, or give kayaking and paddle boarding a shot!

"Comfortable and spotless"

We stayed 2 nights at the Coastal Casita. The room was so comfortable and spotless. We were in town to attend a show at Gruene Hall. This property is truly a 5 minute walk to Gruene historic district and Gruene Hall. We plan to attend other shows at Gruene Hall in the near future and will definitely stay at The Casitas At Gruene.

"Feel right at home"

We had such a great stay and cannot wait to plan our next trip! 6 of us stayed in the Safari Casita and it was still so comfortable. The beds were super comfy and the rooms had lots of features to make you feel right at home. (Kitchen area with mini fridge and Keurig, flatscreen TVs with Hulu/Netflix, beautiful bathroom, extra blankets/pillows) Not to mention, Monroe and Ann (the owners) are so sweet and accommodating and made sure we had enough firewood for the firepit. We spent the night eating a delicious dinner at Gruene River Grill, then went back to our Casita and roasted marshmallows down by the river around the beautiful firepit area. The casitas are also at a perfect location, walking distance from all Gruene has to offer - shopping, restaurants, bars, wineries, live music, etc.. We highly recommend the Casitas at Gruene!

"The perfect little escape"

We stayed in the “Romance casita” after our wedding reception and it was the perfect little escape. The linens are so soft and the bed feels like a cloud! It has everything you need and more and the location couldn’t be better.
